About This Project
Located in Seattle’s historic Washington Park neighborhood, this home’s design was inspired by Renaissance Revival homes of the 1920’s but drew from many sources, including Mediterranean, neoclassical, and federal. The massing, proportions, materials, colors, and landscaping come together in a unique home that both respects and enhances the neighborhood fabric.
